Return & Refund Policy (Physical Products)

All physical products are fulfilled through third-party production and shipping partners.

Because products are made to order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging

Replacement or refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Muró is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download or access has been delivered.
